Regarding Cesc, how come though that during the time when we barely finished 4th, and Cesc's hardly "making waves" in football, weirdly, he didn't have the "Barca DNA", but now that he became the player that he is now, he suddenly had it. WTF happened since 2006 until 2009 with his body?

I'm a football fan, not a financial agent, I couldn't care less about the economic state of a club. In any event, Barça has no financial problems that I am aware of.

Seliing Etoo may have been a mistake, but he didn't get on with Guardiola. Zlatan was definitely a mistake.

I see no place for Cesc in the current Barça team, he is not needed.

I agree on the fan and not accountant bit, it would seem however that they have some worries, it was reported this morning that they needed to get an "immediate" 60 million Euro loan to "aide their cashflow".

Not bothered about history, I just think that Spain played much better than the Germans this time round. I don't care whether they deserve it or not, because if we are going by that criteria, then Brazil would have been in the finals.

Looks like I am round the betting Office in the morning, my Prediction was Holland V Spain in final @ 14/1

As for spain, Holland should be worryied really, they have gone from poor > mediocre > average > not bad, if they actually turn up at the final with anything more than not bad, things are gonna be good..... I still want Holland to win though.
