Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific today announces the launch of the Fujitsu LIFEBOOK SH530 - a delightful high-performance notebook that delivers more than expected. With extensive functionalities, features and speed at its core, and bold new design, the LIFEBOOK SH530 empowers every of its owner to take on the demanding modern world with remarkable confidence and might.

"Just like how modern day individuals strive to exceed expectations in their life, Fujitsu endeavours to exceed expectations in our products. With the introduction of the Fujitsu LIFEBOOK SH530, Fujitsu is giving users access to mainstream computing capabilities together with added surprises to make their lives easier.," elaborates Mr Hanson Yap, Product Manager, Fujitsu PC Asia Pacific.

At first sight, the LIFEBOOK SH530 already takes your breath away with its chiselled, premium cover with a stylish silver line and diamond-cut Infinity logo, the exquisite design of the LIFEBOOK SH530 is a new concept that enables you to exude elegance effortlessly. With aluminium body, the notebook is perfect even with heavy daily usage and yet light in weight.

Understanding speed is crucial in our increasingly fast-paced lifestyle, Fujitsu puts the latest Intel Core i5-460M processor and Intel HM55 Express Chipset together with the Windows Home Premium 64-bit operating system into the LIFEBOOK SH530. These cutting edge technologies empower users to multitask with ease and achieve new levels of efficiency. Further pushing the limit of speed, the LIFEBOOK SH530 generously offers optional 500GB Hard Disk Drive storage space and 4GB DDR3 1066 MHz memory, thoughtfully providing the user on-demand speed when needed.

Fitted with a 13.3-inch SuperFine High Definition back-light LED screen and a remarkable 1366 by 768 pixels resolution, the LIFEBOOK SH530 is enhanced with a superb 2D/3D graphics performance with the built-in ATI Mobility Radeon graphics card supporting Microsoft DirectX 11. Featuring a HDMI output option, the LIFEBOOK SH530 is instantaneously transformed into an entertainment machine, where the visual experience is heightened for movie buffs and gaming enthusiasts when projected on a High Definition LCD TV screen.

Weighing about 1.99 kg, the LIFEBOOK SH530 is the ultimate travel companion to be effortlessly mobile. Together with the ECO button, users can achieve extended battery life with a simple one-touch activation by keeping the power usage to a minimum whenever basic computing tasks are performed. By reducing the power consumption via the Power Save mode, the battery life would then be extended for that extra operation needed. So now you can leave those additional adaptors or batteries at home to lighten the load.

The LIFEBOOK SH530 is also furnished with a spill-resistant keyboard to provide you with a complete peace of mind even on your busiest days when you may accidentally spill drinks over your keyboard. The spill-resistant keyboard offers users protection against system damage caused by accidental spills. With a tray designed underneath the keyboard, it provides a buffer for accidental spill to reach to the notebook's motherboard.

Exactly. The title says "affordability" but there is no mentioning the price. If it was really affordable they would not have been shy of revealing the price.
