Looking for a good analog headset Sub $100

I was hoping to get some advice from some knowledgeable people, so I came here.
I'm looking for a pretty cheap headset (Sub $100) with 3.5mm jacks, with a decent microphone and preferably comfort (of course, quality sound, too). I strongly prefer a closed headset, as open headsets tend to leak audio into the microphone, from my experience. Fire away!

Well don't get this headset:

Razer Headset (Carcharias) Microphone issue.

Guy seems to have had trouble with it! (no I'm not dumb, i know this is you)

In all seriousness, get some Sennheiser HD555's. I love the Senn quality and those are good headphones.

Thanks for the advice there :D
But really, the 555's are quite a bit out of my price range. I've looked at 'em before though, I do like them in every other way.
Just saw the white text, well played, sir!

Heh, kind of forgot about that option. The qualm I have with eBay is that I'm not going to be getting the warranty and such, and if the headset goes bad, I'm out quite a bit of cash. Also, the shipping to Ontario, Canada does get pretty costly and very few sellers ship to Canada (I've checked ebay.ca as well).

I've been using some Steelseries 5H's for the past year and I love them. Comfortable, retractable microphone and very good sound. I can't think of a reason why someone wouldn't like these. :)

Lol! I hang my headphones and the mic dangles right next to a fan on my radiator. Whoops!

Thanks for all the great advice, I've been thinking about the 5H V2 a bit, and I'm pretty set on it at this point. I can get it for 80 bucks off NCIX right now, but I think I'll wait just a bit in anticipation of a sale (It probably won't go on sale anytime soon and I'll dump the 80 bucks for it). This headset keeps boasting its beastly optimization for FPS games. I play FPS games myself, but also other games such as StarCraft 2, but above all I'm always listening to music (Regularly Rock and Trance). Will the 5H V2 still sound good with music after being so carefully optimized for FPS gaming?
Thanks for all the great help by the way

Edit: I've been looking at the Sennheiser PC350's since my first headset, but they've always been too expensive. http://www.ncix.com/products/index....nufacture=Sennheiser Electronics&promoid=1053 caught my eye at $150 and on backorder (If I order before the sale expires, I'll wait for more stock and they'll ship) but $150 is still quite expensive and I'll have to dig really deep to afford it. Is it worth to get these over the 5H V2's and will I notice a large difference with these cans with my AuzenTech X-Plosion sound card? Thanks.

TL;DR: 5H V2 good for music? PC350 worth $150 w/ my AuzenTech X-Plosion sound card and is it much better than the 5H V2's?
The PC350 deal expires this evening, need some advice on it and I can't make up my mind.

Edit: Going to order the PC350s tonight on NCIX for $150. I'm a bit wary of the modding you have to do for them, but I think I'm up for it...anybody have any suggestions or a reason I should stick with the 5H V2's?

Edit again: Ordered the PC350's for $150 (Back Order) on NCIX before the sale ends this evening. Can always cancel if I have second thoughts or a good sale starts tonight. I'm gonna mod the 350's after breaking them in. Anybody have thoughts?

WHOA, HD 555's for $135 on NCIX's sale. Cancelling PC350 order for these. No mic, $15 cheaper. They're open though... will they leak into a table top mic? I really need fast advice.

A little ot... I opened this thread and went on doing other things and forgot about it, the next time I looked at my window names I saw "Looking for a good anal..." and thought hmm....

I would say the 5H's are NOT got for music, I use them for Counter Strike and thats about it.
