Why the small fans on the front ?.. Bigger fans + slower speed = less noise.

Yes! That looks nice! I am not sure where the mobo is, but if you could add it in, I could tell you where they would make the most sense (airflow wise)

The front is the front in the model, the one with 6 holes and a big square hole

Who will do your CNC work? I've been looking around here, but most are set up in cabinet shops, and are unwilling to route aluminum. It would be so awesome to just drop off a CAD or Solidworks to the CNC with a sheet of aluminum, come back in an hour and have all the parts for a great case.

Good job, your doing something I've always wanted to do. Also, if it turns out well, how much would you let your CAD file go for?
