Is this a Fallout New Vegas glitch? Can you post some screenshots please?

I've been reading about people getting a reddish world in certain areas of the game world. And they're saying it's a bug / glitch and that not everyone suffers from it.

I get it in the Legion area - the entire world there is kind-of sepia brown/pink as per screenshot at the bottom of my post below.

Can someone please post a screenshot of the Legion (Caesar's place) area so I can compare?

its not a bug it is meant to happen,when sun goes down the sun rays have do penetrate do the desert dust turning the light orange

if you dont like it you can get mods that remove that effect

uhhh, it's like that all day not just when the sun is going down. Morning, noon, afternoon, evening..... only at night there is a normal night colour. :ohwell:

I just fast-travelled to The Fort - I got there at night which appeared OK. Then I waited till 7:00AM and the world turned to sepia again:

Shows you're having the same sepia effect as me.
Though as you mentioned in steam chat, could be it's something in common with ATi cards (which both me and you are running) but then I know on the laptop using Nvidia I get the same effect. So probably this isn't a bug after all? Or it's not caused by hardware?

I've got the same.

I thought that it's deliberate "drama" effect.
Like you've had in Oblivion when being close to functional gates.

Doesn't the Fellout mod remove those color filters? Might look into that, the same mod that removes the greenish tint from Fallout 3 has been further modified to remove the sepia/brown from Fallout NV. If it bugs ya that bad, I'd definitly look into to it.

I diffinitely think that it isn't a bug. Mine looks the same as well. Everything on the east part of the map uses a color filter like that.
