IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 5baebc04, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000001c, IRQL
Arg3: 00000000, bitfield :
	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: 828a8b1f, address which referenced memory

I would run a memtest to be sure its not the memory. I recall when I would get that IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL it was the memory for my system.

There is a fork of that project, that is more actively maintained. It is called Memtest86+ (note the plus).
An iso image of the cd can be found here (note: it is zipped, unpack it to get hold of the original .iso file). Let us know if u need help with burning the cd properly (choose "burn image", don't treat it as a usual data cd) or with the program itself.

Agree on running memory test...

Check your processor temps.
Dis-able any overclock, check your cool'n'quiet settings. Maybe reset your CMOS(Bios).
Update to the latest amd drivers for your pc. As, IINexusII stated.

Maybe, run a virus scan, for the heck of it.

EDIT:

Open an administrative command prompt
Run "sfc /scannow" (without the quotes and a space between the "c" and "/" )

See if it finds any errors.

Ok so i did what u guys said, i had oc software on the machine but nothing was set to overclock so i uninstalled the software any way, i did a virus scan came back clean, did the sfc/scannow scan came back integrity fine no errors there i reset bios to default and then noticed cool n quiet was disabled so re-enabled it. Then had to go shopping with the missus lol and now have to get ready for barbie and beers with friends. So unfortunately i havent had time to test it yet but shall do later tonight or frist thing tomorrow. Thanks for the replies so far i really appreciate it :) shall repost when i get a chance hoping cool n quiet was the prob oh and memtest no errors although i did notice ecc was disabled but as from my knowledge thats just for server machines isnt it?

any way thanks guys back soon :)

Indeed, ECC is a feature only found in server RAM.

well. if the mobos crappy.
or the PSU is crappy. the mobo's bios results in unexpectedly providing too low volts when undervolting for cool n quiet.

thats when u get BSOD.

lights on even after shut down is ok.
it means your mobo has multiple phases. this is useful in charging your phone etc through usb even after the computer is off.
my mobo has this too.
