Median XL 1.F9 (Diablo 2 Mod)

I have'nt played this mod in quite a long time. I notice that the mod has been recently updated to version 1.F9.

Quite some new stuff in there. I'll have to restart from scratch.

For those still waiting on a real 1.13 from Blizzard, you should definitely look at this mod.

Heck. Blizzard should hire this guy to make a real patch for D2.

I have been playing this mod for about a week now... im level 93...... i have looked for multiplayer threads but cant find any.......

I downloaded this 1.F9 Median XL mod from the download section. Then followed the instructions on the README file and once I got on, friend told me to change realms so I don't get banned. When I clicked the gateway button under NO-BATTLE.NET I can't seem to find the Median XL realm or w.e its called. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

^ Probably don't have the keys either? Can download from Blizzard the (much faster, easier) installer package if you had at least the keys.

Hmm... you're right. Blizzard doesn't make it all that apparent from their main site that you can sign up at battle.net to register your games.

Don't know the entire list that's supported, but I do have Starcraft/Brood War and Diablo II/LOD registered. No more multi-disc 15 minute installs when I get the hankering to play D2!

Edit: Found and tried my Battle.Net edition of Warcraft II, didn't work. Seems that this is the list of supported games:

A shame, also found my original Diablo disc too.

I've copied my disks to HDD and have been installing them with Daemon Tools ever since because it installs way faster them from the CDs but, if there's a better alternative, i want to try it.

I still have my originals, btw.

I play this mode for last 2months, now it got update version 1.F9h, got barbarian wth 120lvl already collected some set items,must say its a hard game,aspecially in uberquests and heroic areas.

Played it. It one of those Love/Hate ones. Some love it cause its awesome and some hate it cause they destroyed a classic. I did both. It's awesome but I HATE THE DAMN UBER LEVELSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSs

yes they raised it to 120 because there are sacred rare items that need 120lvl, and in uberquest areas there are monsters 121lvl on descruction lvl.

yes there are like 3-4 sacred sets for each char drops only in destruction mode started from mephisto place and in all uber areas and heroic areas.And bunch of other improvements.
