[WTB][US] Cheap setup for my mom

I need a CHEAP motherboard, CPU, RAM, PSU, and possibly low end GPU for my moms PC. Her good old Pentium 4 570 setup finally kicked the bucket. I just need something cheap and reliable for her. Thanks guys!

AMD or Intel, I could care less. Oh and I almost forgot, her case is MATX.

I know about newtie1's but his board has 2 ram slots and I decided I don't need ram, I'm going to reuse an old set that I have. I am leaning more towards AMD since there's a bit better upgrade path compared to 775.

Looking for AMD or Intel DDR2 board with 4 ram slots.
AM2/AM2+/AM3 dual core and up, 775 core 2 and up, maybe 1156 CPU if I can get a deal.
decent PSU, no off brands hopefully, I don't want it to end up like her old system lol.

If you don't need power, you can build something like that for approximately $200 using an AMD E-350 Zacate chip.
