I think it's the MSI @ 823Mhz GPU core...

Edit: BinaryMage beat me to it. :)

I don't know if it's a typo but OcUK are selling this card quoting core clock as factory oc'd to 832Mhz... (rather than 823Mhz) check it out here.

Sure seems like a typo to me; I did a quick Google search and all of the others were at 823 MHz core.

EDIT: Just kidding, it isn't a typo. The link was to another MSI GTX 580, the GTX 580 Lightning.

That MSI with stock cooler ? I think only the Lightning version can be overclocked so much.

I think is the highest, much than the EVGA Superclocked and mine is poorly 782mhz...

So no problem if i overclock mine to 832 mhz seems a lot to me ? Better with full cover waterblock..

It isn't the Lightning version. The Lightning version will actually run faster; it was just announced today. Actually, Black Panther, that may not have been a typo, the Lightning version supposedly does run at a core 832 MHz, according to this link. I don't know how they would have had it on sale yet, though, as it was only launched today.

I have an Evga Superclocked and stock clock is 797mhz. I run it at 850mhz no voltage increase or anything.

The Zotac GTX 580 Amp! runs at 815MHz, so having this MSI run at 830MHz sounds quite believable.

Just look at erocker's one doing 850MHz. What tool did you use to overclock it?

I use EVGA precision but only for control the fan and see the temps on G15 keyboard... You think EVGA precision tool is bad for OC ?

it's the same thing but evga precision allows voltage tuning only for evga cards, msi afterburner allows it for all of the cards

are you asking because you have no intention to OC it yourself and want the highest out of the box performance?

if so then fair game, if you want the best GTX580 right now I'd say its the Gigabyte N580UD, that thing is incredible. if you can wait the GTX580 lightning will probably prove awesome too.

most vanilla 580's will hit 900-950 core easily so the factory clocked ones are kinda useless.

lol did I just use vanilla and 580 in the same sentence?

The POV/TGT 580 Beast has a clock of 855, and the nowhere to be seen Beast 2 has 873.
