No mine looks like this one .

that IS an reference PCB with egg cooler same as the HIS HD5770fan I have the only difference is the cooler the PCB is the same stock AMD/ATI reference board the HSF is just an Zalman VF900cu with bigger heat pipes 6mm vs 8mm

update installed wb's fucked up both video cards . on wii to tell you all i do not know what happened but no card works any moer . 600 bucks down the drain !

How did they both get broken?

Did the blocks go on ok? you did'nt screw them down too tight and crush the cores did you?

I am sorry to hear about that, them blocks should have been fine.

I am sorry to hear about that, them blocks should have been fine.

I am not shure it looked to me like the blocks may have touched the resitors along side the gpu the WB's were much bigger than expected . I thought there was room but I guess not . I don't think I tightened them that much but I may have . I replaced the air coolers tried both card in both slots one at a time . still nothing from any card . sure sucks I will not be cooling with WB's any time soon . $600 bucks 2 cards a masive tragady ! I have no computer now I am so deppresed and angery with myself ! I am such a looser ! Thought this would be fun , turned into a nightmare !

Can you post pics of the cards? Did the blocks actually touch the surrounding components? did you test fit the blocks to check the clearance before you tightend them down.

You are not a loser, its unfortunate but i hope you are not totally put off, water cooling is good, but sometimes it can be a pita.

I am on the wii I can not upload pic , I am put off from water cooling video cards now way too risky and just costed me $600 for the cards and $125 for the water blocks I am so put off ! I realy do feel like a looser ! I can not RMA the cards and can not just run out and replace 2 cards let alone one ! There for I am a LOOSER ! I am !
I knew some thing was wrong when I seen the size of them blocks but did it any way ! Never again !

I will once I get the comnputer all up and running . I could not see any thing wrong with them cards at all but I will send pic .
