Had a quick look at that board on their site and could only see two USB 3.0 ports on back of board, not a USB 3 header on the board.

from another post on the site this is quite interesting regarding cases with USB 3.0 headers:
for those wondering,
the reason why you wont see the internal header being popular anytime soon is because manufacturers have been running into signal degradation problems with it.

some threads about corsair and why they dont use the front headers for this same reason:

Stick with the case but maybe go over to a different board "??" Those new Asus M5A's are pretty nice.

Also the M5A99X does as well, nearly same specs.

+1 on the ASUS as i have one!... though you could save some money and get the P8P67 Pro which also has the USB 3.0 header ;)

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8P67_PRO/#specifications

The difference between the EVO & Pro is minimal but the price is much better and you can still do PCI-E 2.0 8X8 crossfire/SLI on it should you need to ;)

Also its a fantastic overclocking board with an awesome UEFI bios ;)

im getting an AMD CPU so the P8P67 is not for me.

is there another cheaper alternative?
it doesnt have to be AM3+ because im not getting bulldozer for another year or so and in a year AM3+ would probably be obsolete.

oops... maybe i had 1 too many beers this sunday and missed that point :D
Im not an AMD guy anymore so im not sure... someone else must recommend a mobo ;)

EDIT:

having said that... why does it have to be "front" USB 3.0 connector? what are you plugging into it that has to be on the front?... if youre after cheap, just get the cheapest AM3 board and plug the USB3 devices into the back

yeah but you dont have to have that case... and you dont have to connect them if you did buy it ;)
I have firewire ports on my case, but ive never used firewire and never will... so i havent connected it.

does it affect the look of the case and my useage?... NO ;)

I built a system for a customer using the coolermaster HAF 912... its cheaper than the one youre looking at ... got the same functionality and extras but no USB3.0 headers... really nice case to work with and cable tidy i must say.... also I wasnt a fan looking at the internet pictures of it, but having used and worked with it, its pretty awesome ;)

I have this board and atm has been working like a charm. You can't beat it's performance and features for the price.

If you do end up buying it, you will enjoy :D
