Well, if you're planning on selling these components on Ebay, or some other site, I recommend browsing around there and seeing what similar used parts go for. That'll be the quickest way for you to find out. I don't know if you are going to find anyone willing to do that work for you. Not many people know how much used components go for, off the tops of their head anyway.

Um, no.

Fleabay prices say your Venice will sell for around $25-$40 USD, the ram will go for about $80 USD and the mobo says around $40 USD.

So, $160USD give or take 20 bucks.
