Hey all - I am in need of 1x 2GB Corsair platinum 1333mhz RAM module (example pic below). I've got 5 at the moment and want to get a 6th so I can go from having 3 in my rig to 6 (and thus some tastey ram capacity).

If you've got one please let me know how much you want for it and how much you'd need for shipping. I'd want to pay by paypal, although if that is a no-no for you we can arrange something else if necessary

The thing is, I know she'll need some RAM to minimise downtime so have you got any generic DDR3 laying about? She'll need 2GB altogether.

sadly I have no spare DDR3 at all, not even some generic

I would be ok with waiting a few days after paying for them to get a new stick before shipping the corsair stick to me if that is something you'd be interested in?

I bought 2x2GB but one stick was defective. I was going to RMA but it turned out it was part of a 6GB kit and Corsair wanted the whole kit to RMA. That wasn't possible so I sold the 2GB stick, and salvaged the heatspreader from the defective one.
It's actually 1600 C9 (see pic). Is it still suitable?

eep, I'm not sure if a mis-matched group of sticks will work in triple channel mode

They'll work, you just need to set your settings and then stick these in. They run at 1333 C9 1.5v in her rig at the moment (she's got a crap mobo). But, if you're as OCD as me, you wouldn't let non-matching stuff anywhere near your rig anyway

If it'll work I'm fine with it (the heatspreaders look the same, which is as far as my OCD goes ). What would you be wanting for it?
