just upgraded to i5 2500k. oced to 4.00ghz but the physix score is very low.

i have 1 stick of 2gb RAM.
i did disabled power saving and thermal cpu throttling, also disabled speedstep and turbo mode.
but still i get the low score.
what could be wrong??
