So im about to buy my parts to build my gaming rig. I am not going to overclock just for your info. Please point out any errors or give better suggestions to my rig.

CASE: So far.. im still trying to think what to get. Im looking for a case that has a window so i can see the parts when the computer functions. Atm this is my ideal case.

do you have to buy everything there. i would look over at newegg. they ussually have better prices and more choices. I would ditch that hard drive and go with either this setup

64gb Crucial M4 SSD for windows + 1TB Samsung F3 drive for Steam and other games

or just get 2 1TB Samsung F3 drivers for RAID0

You must be in Aussie buying from PCCG....
Your parts look pretty good although I would ditch the soundcard, motherboards have pretty good built in soundcards these days and I don't beleive you wil notice any difference in a gaming machine, use the money for a decent set of headphones or speakers.

I would also change the case, I don't like anything thermaltake and their cases are cheaply built and overpriced imo. For that price range I would go for something from Antec (P183), corsair (500D), coolermaster HAF932 or Lian Li.

The graphics card you chose is a beast but very expensive, it is only about 6-10% faster than a HD6970 which is $150-200 cheaper. I would consider a GTX570 or 6970 and save some dough there. I gather you are gaming at 1080?

SSD is expensive but once you have had one you cannot go back, they really are blazingly fast and a 120gb drive will hold your OS and a couple of games, I love them and reccommend them to everyone. Massive MASSIVE increase in speed over a spinning drive. :)
Where do you live anyways?

I'll see about the sound card :p

I`d very seriously consider `bout adding SSD in there. Buying HDD is kinda naive nowadays, especially if we`re talking about GAMING rig.
Things to reflect on would be: Adata S511 120 GB, Corsair Force GT 120 GB, Crucial m4 128 GB, Kingston HyperX SSD 120 GB, OCZ Vertex 3 120 GB.
Don`t forget that pagefile will take away about twice as RAM you`re gonna install on that rig, so approx 16 Gbs of SSD`s room will be gone. Disabling swap is very bad fad - doesn`t matter how much RAM you have. Anyhows - 100Gb space for Windows is quite enough for gaming system needs, but - as more as better surely.
P.S. Sorry if my Englash is weak.

Maybe it would do then, you could always add another drive if you needed it.
