Just thought you all would like this.
This isn't the final configuration, the fan isn't staying in there, I was just messing around with it today. The fan is being replaced tomorrow with a 150CFM Delta fan that is PWM controlled to keep it quiet during normal use.
Full specs on the machine as it sits:
AMD Phenom II x4 960T(Unlocked to x6 and overclocked to 3.6GHz but was at 3.4GHz for the videos)
Thermalright Ultra-120(Old School Non-Extreme Edition)
8GB PNY DDR3-1600 CAS9
ASUS M5A99X EVO
nVidia G210
1.5TB Seagate SATA Hard Drive
Corsair CX430
This machine will be replacing Rig4 in my sig. It is set up now just for testing, but eventually the GTX465, DVD-Burner, and better power supply will be moved from Rig4 to this new build.
As for the processor, I've been extremely impressed with it. I'm surprised it hasn't received more praise with only costing $125 and unlocking to a full x6 w/ unlocked multiplier. It is probably one of the best bang for the bucks, IMO.
