you guys probably do not have consoles.

But at game-stop, there having the buy 2 get 1 free deal, with pre-owned games. They also have some sick price drops that compare to PC rural land deals on some new titles as well.

But that's about it, anybody with pro membership had the rights for all those deals on
Wednesday. Picked up around 5-6 titles for 40 bucks, all were 15-20$ + :toast:

I would not really trade anything into game-stop though, their belief is to give you practically 25-10% of what the "they think" the value is :shadedshu.

I did trade in that MW3, and got 35$ dollars though, kept the cash on my card for Friday

Could not stand MW3 anymore :shadedshu

Last year was not to great either. People have gone crazy for the sales the past couple of years, all they need to do is have some good door busters and the crowds come in. They don't need good discounts to make a sale.

Mercy, people were camping out on Wednesday to get into some of the stores around here that opened midnight last night.

16 gbs for $60 has been the hardest thing to resist, but I need 32 gb for a proper ram drive so it was pointless.

I've seen Newegg has been doing a lot of Mail-in Rebate deals. It's a terrible way to do business.

I'm looking for the best Cyber Monday deals on the ipod touch, Kindle fire, and a cheap netbook like a Asus eeepc. These things are on my daughters wish lists. Please post if you find any good deals. Thanks!

The best I've seen on the iPod Touch was 10% off, or bundles with gift cards and such. Usually won't find a deal on the iPods themselves, so it's the best bundle you can find. The Shack had a decent bundle IIRC.

About the same with the Kindle Fire. Staples had the Fire for $199, but I don't think you can get a better deal than that since it'sa already below cost.

Amazon had a good deal on the iPod touch (4th gen 8gb) on Thanksgiving Day- $145 shipped. I would keep an eye on their Lightning Deals to see if it repeats as its the lowest I have seen the current model go for lately.

It was dumb luck that I stumbled onto Amazon right before the deal went live and was able to snag one to give as a gift.

Yeah, $199 seems to be the going rate, direct from Amazon. i'm hoping they will run it cheaper for a day or something.

Damn. Wish I saw that. I buy from Amazon all of the time, since I have a "student" Prime account. Graduate school has at least one benefit.

Where are the Lightning deals listed?

Lightning deals can be found by clicking the little Gold Box icon at the top of Amazon's website. There is a red link that says "Black Friday Deals Are Here" at the very top right corner of Amazon too- I would have that open whenever you are at a computer through Cyber Monday and click through in advance to see the times and what items will be available.

To get them you need to be there the second the timers hit zero. People were napping on Thanksgiving Day, but now they are all over the deals to where they sell out in 15 secs. Happy Hunting :toast:

NewEgg has offered 10% off iPods twice in the past week. They also had an EeePC for $189 in their last email offer, but it's sold out.

I was watching a tv on sale at amazon and newegg for the same price. It sold out at both at literally the exact minute. Seen that a few times before. Makes me wonder if they're in some sort of partnership for some items.
