Hmmm, 1600x900 resolution; juts going to give my .02 on video cards....
An HD6770/GTX550ti/GTX460/HD6850 wouldn't run half bad at that res. Had the gtx460 paired with that res and it performed REMARKABLE, after I added some AA I can't tell a difference between that and 1080p. Don't need HD6950 at that res, and could do a 1GB version if you REALLY REALLY wanted High settings with 4xAA on 99% of game titles.
JrRacinFan is right. I think a 6790 or GTX 460 would do you well, but I'm all about buying something that is a bit more than what you absolutely need in case you upgrade your monitor later or something. If you're going to go with the cheap motherboard that only has one PCIE slot though, make sure you get what you need because you can't crossfire/SLI. It only supports one card.
I can recommend a budget SLI/Crossfire board if you think you would need to upgrade, but if you're going to stick with your current monitor/resolution you will be just fine with one card.
I wouldn't go with anything less than a 6790 though as far as I'm concerned. A 6850/6870 is what I personally recommend to you though. Even though you run a below 1080p resolution there are some high end games that you won't be able to max out eye candy on with a 6770 or other low-mid range cards.
So to recap, like he said you don't
need a 6950 by any means, but a 6870 will cover all your bases and keep you playing at super high settings for years to come.

No problem. And yes, that desktop you linked is one ugly junker. It has a couple OK components, but it is a terrible overall config for gaming. That case is downright hideous, the CPU is weak and no good for gaming, the graphics card can't even max out solitaire (kidding, but it is extremely weak for gaming), and did I mention that it is really ugly? I'm really glad you came to us before buying something like that.
I feel fine with the 6870 it fits in my budget so im fine with the price tag. As for the mobo if i feel the need to upgrade later i will, but at this time the build you laid out with the combo deal on cpu/psu im really happy with.
Totally. The 6870 is a SERIOUS budget performer. It has a very high performance to dollar ratio when compared to other high end graphics cards. If you ever need to upgrade to a crossfire mobo setup down the line, the 6870 has
superb dual GPU scaling. You can't go wrong. Congrats on the new computer to come. Make sure you update us when the parts arrive so we can help with the build. I'm excited to see how well it performs.
With that said, keep in mind that Stussy may end up going for a larger 23 or 24 inch monitor later on, so the faster video card does make it future proof for some time. I think keeping what LJ posted is a wise idea. Also wanted to note that the Cooler Master cases are awesome quality. You will not be disappointed purchasing the Scout case.
