Due to the male and female interest in TES I believe Skyrim will be number one without a doubt.
Hence why many people have actually BOUGHT the game instead of being a pirate and also why Bethesda is diligently patching the game even though it should have been a lot more perfect on release date.

Saints row the third, if i had bf3 it would be bf3 but me gpu is to crappy to run saints row in 1080p let alome bf3 i don't like medium spec

Not true for titles such as Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. The fan community has more patches for the game since Activision dropped the company who made it along with all support for it. One of the main reasons why I'll never buy it from Steam.

BF3 looks really awesome on medium. My second rig runs it on medium on a 40" 1080p tv, and at first I thought I would have to upgrade the GFX but seriously, it looks awesome even on medium. On a lowly GTX 460 768mb.

It would definitely be The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim even though I didn't get far with the game. I've been busy this year and the only game I did get to play for a while was BF3 which was good and as for Assassin's Creed Revelations I've currently trying to complete it to get that one at the way to make a new start on Skyrim (I unfortunately had to format my PC yesterday and lost the save for that game, hopefully I maybe lucky with AC Revelations since the game's save might be stored on Ubisoft's server).

Im reluctant to get BF3 since its mostly MP and my connection sucks (Co-op in SS3 is bearable tho, just run and gun fun
