He said is this build good? He's not all that into gaming, the only game he play is Combat Arms(Which doesn't use high end parts). He's in a budget too. He wants the 6450 to combine with his AMD A4-3400 to make it crossfire(he saw it on youtube).

mobo: ASUS F1A75-M LE FM1 AMD A75 (Hudson D3) SATA 6Gb/s...
cpu: AMD A4-3400 Llano 2.7GHz Socket FM1 65W Dual-Core ...
rams: Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDR...
psu: CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 V2 (CMPSU-430CXV2) 43...
gfx: XFX HD-645X-YNH2 Radeon HD 6450 512MB 32-bit DDR3 ...
case: Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3 Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower ...
dvd/cd burner: LITE-ON DVD Burner - Bulk 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X ...
cpu heatsink: Thermaltake CLP0598 92mm Contact 16 CPU Cooler

additional

monitor: Acer S200HLAbd Black 20" 5ms LED Backlight Widesc...
keyboard: Rosewill RK-800G Black 104 Normal Keys PS/2 Wired ...
mouse: Kensington K72356US Black 3 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB ...
thermal paste: Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound

All cost $559.28 AMIR $534.28

Like I said, he don't play high end games, he play a game called Combat Arms.

Case ??!!!
Audio Device(s) Realtek ALC899
Power Supply most beautiful brick you have ever seen
I would just use the standard heatsink the cpu comes with and try to find some 1866 rated memory.
Everything else seems fine.

System Name One does not simply have enough cash for INTEL
Processor Athlon II 450 3.8ghz
Motherboard Gigabyte 990FX-UD3
Cooling Cooler Master 212+
Memory 4x4gb Corsair DDR3
Video Card(s) 2x 5830 Sapphire 950c/1150m CF
Storage 2x Seagate 500GB Raid0 + Samsung 1TB
Display(s) BenQ G2220HDA
Case Xigmatek ASGARD PRO
Power Supply SeasonicX 750w
Software W7 x64 Ultimate
I would get a better CPU like a A-3850 Four cores better graphics performance than the Crossfire A4+6450 and some DDR3 1866, Would be about the same price a lot more for the money later on he could add a better GPU.

EDIT:
It's a bit more money but worth it.
CPU: AMD A8-3850 Llano 2.9GHz Socket FM1 100W Quad-Core... OR AMD A8-3870K Unlocked Llano 3.0GHz Socket FM1 100W... (Better and only 5$ more)
RAM: Kingston HyperX T1 Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DD...

PS: Don't get that fan/heatsink not much better than stock.

ok. so, if he doesnt get the heatsink, will his cpu stay cool with the stock heatsink?

ok, if he pair the A-3850 with a 6450, will it get more better?

Don't get the HD 6450, crossfire on such a low end card usually has worst results than the stand alone 6620G on the A-3850, with the right ram it performs on par with a HD 5650 or HD 6570.

Don't get a graphics card unless he can purchase something like a HD 6770 at least, you won't see a mayor performance gain, just rock on the integrated graphics of the A-3870K.

Sorry for the mistakes I'm typing on a tablet and it sucks xD
