Hello people! Unfortunately, the support part of the Thermaltake forums are kinda dead, there's like one post per week so... I'm kinda screwed.
But I hope you can help me.
When I'm pulling my mouse (Tt Black Element) through the mousepad slowly: in-game it turns perfectly well.
When I'm pulling it fast, in-game the char turns slowly.
That is really unacceptable in competetive FPS gaming, so I'd really want to solve this.
There's also a bit of input lag (like 10 ms).
Polling rate is set to 1000Hz, this occurs whatever DPI I use.
Reinstalled the driver for it a few times, plugged to another USB slot, everything.

What can I do? Thanks in advance!

Hello,

If this is the case then please call our support liek as this is not normal activity.

when moving at high acceleration the gaming character should move equally fast, and of course faster as DPI increases.

have you tried at a lower polling rate to see if it improves?

Yes, I've tried, but it did not help at all.

It can be that you are hitting the malfunction speed for that sensor. as it is a laser sensor, try it on a hard mousepad, your table will do it. if it still works bad, then it might the the sensor that cant keep up with you.

The strangest thing with it, that the problem doesn't occur always, it sometimes happens, and stays in that way... BTW it should take at least 50G acceleration before it goes wrong, and I'm not that fast.
And: there's still input lag...

I think this is the best advice of the thread if Athlon's settings don't help;)

I've already called the store where I bought it, so I'm gonna send it back I guess.
This big response time bugs me, however it seems that the desk's hard surface maybe solved the first problem. But it's still lagging, and that's pretty bad.

Can you deal with Thermaltake directly? I get that the store should help as it is so new, but a lot of time going directly to the manufacturer can be faster and better service. If you have trouble locating them in Hungary, I'm sure Tt Enthusiast can assist you further.

Okay then, thanks for your help. I'll speak with them I guess.
