VGA not detected

Hello everyone.
Long story shot yesterday night I switched off the extension cord because I was too lazy to stand up and turn off the speakers. But now, I cant get PC to work. During booting, one long and three short beeps - manual says VGA was no detected. It looks like it, even the VGA_led on motherboard it is on (it shouldnt be). Ive tried cleaning RTC ram (cmos) by jumper but no luck. I also tried second Pcie (x4) slot. Nothing. Did I fucked up something?

what are the system specs?
if there is an onboard graphics try plugging the monitor cable if it gives you the display and did you tried any other card? lastly was the pc running when you turned off the extension?

No system wasnt running. And I just found older nVidia cars and system is working now. Oh my. Did my GPU just went to heaven? It was fine yesterday. And my system spec should be in my profile, cant look up on it now since Im on mobile.

got them now.do try you GPU in another system to be sure its dead. might be a possibility there

Ok my father tested it and he says that there is no juice coming to it. (Not sure what wanted to say), but the card is clearly dead (or at least only some of its components that manages power).
My friend will give me his HD4730 until I buy a new card..
