too small?

60hz is really limiting your options.

Forgot that, my bad.
Well then there isn't that much to choose from...

Are you really sure you don't wanna go for 120Hz?
The Alienware OptX 2310AW is a very good monitor, the Benq XL2410T too.

Otherwise just pick a 2ms Samsung and you'll be fine, even though if you can avoid TN panels would be a wise choice.

I have this monitor and it's great. I play all games on Night Mode. It enhances the colors and evens out the brights and darks for a vivid Picture.

I cannot find my model, but this is close.

Then he should go and buy a cheap ass TN and be done with.

it's not that simple. some TN panels are faster than others. some TN panels have better black levels than IPS panels.

Yes, because my hardware does not allow me 120 fps in game, so does not exploit properly a 120Hz monitor

big...i need 24-25

It's 16:9.

What's the budget?

max 300$

This one is perfect for you and me! > ASUS VS Series VS247H-P Black 23.6" 2ms LED Backli...
I have been watching these for about a month and the reviews look solid. It's EPEAT Gold awarded and it's LED not LCD and has 2ms response time with 1920x1080 and 60hz 50,000,000 1 Contrast and 300cdm. The 2ms is nice but you have to enable it in the OSD for the monitor. It also has a DVI and HDMI so you can use it for dual purpose like on the DVI use it as an independet or 3 way Surround/Eyefinity monitor and on HDMI use it as a desktop TV with signal coming from the STB (cable box). I just ordered mine yesterday, It will be here by Friday hopefully... I'll let you know how it looks.

Also, I agree with you for taking 60hz over the 120hz .. from what I heard on some hardware/video cards it doesn't always work right with 120hz including in nSurround/Eyefinity. Also, there might be something about some games not playing right with 120hz either... don't remember the post 100% it was a while ago.

PS. Stay away from the VS248H .. or the other VS247h (not the H-P) becaues the 248 is LCD (older technology without edgelighting) and the neither do true 1080P only 1080i .. won't matter if you don't use a satellite with true 1080p but still nice to have if the price is the same.

I know LED is still LCD that's why I said "edgelight" .. you're not telling me anything I don't know. Read again added that in PS before your post refreshed..

2ms gtg is faster than 5ms btb from what I have read but some argue that you can't tell. I know that on the Viewsonic and Sceptre monitors I have (had took back the Viewsonic for the Asus) that are both 2ms, when I tested them both on STB HDMI input and went into the OSD and changed that setting (named diff in each so I forget) from normal (5ms) to maxed turbo (2ms) I could tell a difference on screen/frame shutter

Backlighting on a small on 32" or smaller is usually really EDGELIGHT and not a true full backlight.

Plus they are advertised as "LED" not LCD (even though we both know it's an LCD with back/edgelight) but that takes forever to type so I just follow the lingo and say LED not LCD to mean that it's an LCD with edgelight...lol. Confused ?

As said by RigRebel, Asus VS247 H-P seems 'pretty good choice' under 200$, but you might have to be wary of the stand.. it might not be the sturdiest and can be sensitive to any vibrations

also I am not sure if Asus has any replacement policy for dead pixels(?) like Dell

Another good choice is ASUS VW246H which is quite tried & tested.. but its not new & has been around for 2 years
