Hexus' Bottom Line: Its a close call, with the GTX 680 having the edge.

Wasn't it the 7970 better in Crysis 2? Anyway, 3 monitor gaming is useless with just one high-end GPU.

I guess not .. at res above 1050p gtx680 is slightly better in Crysis 2 (TPU link)... with Crysis however that is not the case.. It can be said that Crysis is a bandwidth dependent game and the 680 cannot clearly better the 7970 with this game

but from what i have noticed across reviews 7970 has the lead particularly in AvP & Metro 2033

Thanks for the review it really helped me come to a conclusion on my next single card upgrade :) for real.
Wasn't it the 7970 better in Crysis 2? Anyway, 3 monitor gaming is useless with just one high-end GPU.
