I was posting to see if these specs/ parts will work well together and also if theres a clear obvious upgrade not too expensive from part I've linked if you could highlight it to me thanks:

I've heard bad things about Samsung rotation media hard drives, but I don't have personal experience with it. It looks like a good combo to me, my only question would be is there a reason why you're not going to go with a 3770k?

I wasnt too sure if the price difference would warrant plus I can't seem to find where it is online to buy, i was looking at the 3820 as a possible upgrade there and I've heard the same about the samsung ones, i was looking for a western digital alternative as I havent heard many problems with them

WD drives are pretty solid, I've never had many issues with them. I like my 3820, but be planning to invest the money in a decent motherboard. X79 tends to run a bit more expensive than Z69 and Z77. Not to say it isn't a good platform, but be prepared for the price, even if the 3820 is reasonably priced. I got an ASUS P9X79 Deluxe, but a Pro would be the cheaper option, but you're still looking at something like 600 USD for the CPU and motherboard alone.

if you have more money you should try SSDs for the OS

The Samsung F3 are rock solid.

If you want this for gaming go 2500K and 7950

I'd choose a different board. That is one of the first Z68 boards released by Gigabyte. It's actually already been deactivated on newegg. Look for the Asrock Pro3 Z68 motherboard.

if for gaming
I thk if u wan to gaming on 2560X1600 , the 560TI can't support ~
becoz tis GPU memory 1GB nt enough ~
if u can w8 more longer , I thk u better w8 for GTX 660TI or 670TI ~

Either go full blu ray burner or add a dvd burner in there. Having media burning capabilities helps. Try to somehow fit 1866+ cl9 ram into the budget.

Yes and they say it overclocks very good. If you are wanting to play BF3 for sure. I run a 6870 HD and It can't even keep up at high settings. I'm probably going with a GTX 670 if they keep it around $400 when released next month. If not I'll probably go 7950.

1080p 22 inch monitor, is it definately being released next month then its worth waiting for GTX 670 like you said depending on the price but i thought the fps between having a 7850 and the GTX 620i would only be a few

If it turns out to be slower or more expensive the 7870 is a good card at a decent price. The 560Ti is weak for today and especially tomorrow's standards, the only good thing is that you can probably get one for around 200$.

+1. 2500k too if you're using it for pure gaming/casual needs.

Agreed on the 2500k. I'd say go with at least a Radeon HD 7850, 7870 if you can afford it. I recommend getting the low profile corsair memory and a tower heatsink if you are considering overclocking at all.
Asrock or Asus for the motherboard. If you're not overclocking, I recommend an Ivy Bridge i5.
