Now that is a good question. You might get away with a 650W but it's on the edge. I'd go as high as an 850W PSU for 570SLI. But the 570 is EOL, when do you plan to add another one? Although it's not Seasonic Corsair are very good PSUs, the TX, HX and AX series.

I was planning on building this setup in a couple weeks, and probably add the 2nd card a couple months after that

Why don't you go with a GTX670?

The 670 needs 160W at max while the 570 uses over 210W. You can get a 500W PSU for one 670.

You could run a SLi setup on a 500w PSU haha!

I'd get at least a 750W PSU.
Buy the best PSU you can afford. It, and the case, are the two thing that will be around longer than other components.

When I got my TT 750, it was rated very good and was modular. It's been rock stable for years.
If I had to replace it I would get either a Seasonics or Corsair 80+ Gold 850.

Plus the gold series for both come with a cool black felt bag that the PSU is wrapped in.
Put in the PSU and carry around all your reefer important stuff in the very fashionable bag !! :D
