I'm leaving soon for the day. As we haven't gotten much action on the newer members front, I'm going to amend the conditions for winning, and I'm sorry for those that this influences.

There will be two identical prizes, as before.
The first will be awarded to the person randomly selected from either the people who joined after December 2011, or the newest 4 members if there are less than 4 entrants who meet that qualification.
All remaining entrants will be eligible for the second prize.

Again, sorry if this influences your chances of winning adversely. I was hoping for a bit more action on the entrants side.
