In case you just missed the article, or you didn't want to read, they actually talked with a Sapphire rep, which it's likely to be true because Kitguru is known to have contacts with Sapphire, unlike "OBR".

They have shown proof, unlike OBR.

So Sapphire employee (which isn't fired) will say that they are screwed-up? I don't think so.

Banks also denied rumors and the next day economy crisis started.

Some people can't help but troll certain threads.

Sapphire make card in limited quantities by it's own admission. It sells out fast so they make more.

What's your point Recus?

OBR is a dead end source. Here is what they said in January about Kepler.

Performance is unbelievable, this is a new G80. HD 7970 is like a toy against this VGA. Not an updated Fermi but brand new, unseen architecture with many news features. Wait for it, dont buy that Tahiti crap :)

And we all know at high resolutions, clock for clock, the 7970 is faster than 680. Below is top end of performance summary from GTX 680 KFA OC review. The purpose of posting this pic is to prove that OBR were very wrong about their predictions of Kepler. I'm simply discrediting their reliability for the sake of this argument (not even caring about the limited quantities of a 'limited edition' card).

Saying Demerjian fan.

If GTX 680 put above HD 7970 GE it doesn't mean that AMD is faster. Both have 100%.

How about from Sapphire themselves? Will that do? Click the Sapphire Select Club Tab and read "What's New

Will you beg them to post real numbers?

Unsure what you mean? OBR hates CD and S|A. Who's the CD fan?

If GTX 680 put above HD 7970 GE it doesn't mean that AMD is faster. Both have 100%.

Clock for clock (specifically what I said in my post) at top resolution. A GHz card running at clocks (1050) beats out the GTX 680 with base clock of 1006 and boosts within an average range of 1110, equaling 1058 (from TPU GTX 680 review).

The entire point is, OBR who was the initial source of the rumour is crap with info. Your reply of:

And who say it's not canceled? Kitguru, pro-AMD site.

is utterly irrelevant. It's the old you can't prove it's not true argument that should be kept well away from reasoned arguments (something a lot of techy fans seem unable to do).

So final point from me will be, time will prove it to be true or not true, therefore I'll revisit this thread if/when the 6GB Toxics appear back in the shops.

Until then, lets leave the thread to the guy who's enjoying his card and others who would like to discuss that card. And not any trollish crap around it.

Man don't lose time arguing with him, he's the one who links OBR posts to prove his point (already seen him do it in other threads) so it is natural that he defends such a site.

He's just trolling us.

Ah yes.

Now where was I?

Observe date in bottom right hand corner. Oh lookee, more were made after all. Looks like Sapphire were right and OBR were wrong. Ho Hum, who'd a thunk it?
