I don't think there is an extensive mod community for SupCom 2 like there was for the first two games. There was no editor released at launch, and there may not be one yet. If you are looking for maps for Supreme Commander or Fallen Alliance, both which are far superior, there are still quite a few active files at FileFront.

Those are all official maps, which doesn't seem like what he was referring to as they are included with the game, and the bottom ones are an official add pack.
