Wrong.
Intake = positive pressure since you put presure inside the case.
Exhaust = negative pressure since you remove pressure from the case.

Uh, you seriously misread what I said and ended up saying pretty much the same thing in a brief outline.

Did I not just say that having slightly more intake than exhaust airflow creates a slight positive pressure? You even verified yourself that intake fans create positive pressure, so why you would think it's wrong is strange.

I use a shop vac as a blower in backyard. long hose with a modded nozzle.

used method many years never an issue.

You might want to be a little more specific if you're going to recommend just an unorthodox method.

I am very sorry for not being specific.
I usually do it to clean the mostly the outside or casing of the computer. I simply use cotton cloth wet with dishwashing liquid carefully wiping the surface. I also use same procedure in cleaning computer tables.

Common sense will tell you that compressed air is the safest and easiest solution; however, you should always hold the fan blades stationary to avoid damage to bearings or blades from over-revving. In Youtube videos they never do it right, they just let the fans spin at 20,000 rpm. Not recommended.

Besides, I heard that if the fan is connected to the motherboard or video card, this high speed spinning can cause voltage spikes (motor acting as an alternator) and can damage the fan controller on the mobo or vid card.

Yes it would. One easy way is to buy one of those $20 air tanks for filling flat tires, making sure it comes with a blower nozzle, and filling it at the corner gas station. Mine lasts for 2 cleanings before I have to refill it. Just make sure your air is dry where you refill, and as stated above, always hold the fan blades stationary when blowing to prevent electrical or mechanical damage.
