Antec, Inc., the global leader in high-performance computer components and accessories for the gaming, PC upgrade and Do-It-Yourself markets, announced the availability of their newest enclosure fans.Earlier this year, the TrueQuiet Pro 120mm fan revolutionized case cooling with its innovative fused fan blade design. The result was a quieter, stronger fan that increased airflow while reducing the number of noisy moving parts. Now, just in time for the holidays, Antec is releasing two new enclosure fan models.

TrueQuiet Pro 120 White enhances the great features of the TrueQuiet Pro 120 with a sleek white appearance while delivering excellent airflow and low noise operation thanks to the revolutionary fused fan blade design. TrueQuiet 120 LED is based on the successful TrueQuiet enclosure fans with the addition of beautiful bright LED illumination. Four vivid colors are available: Red, white, green, and blue light emphasize any hardware setup within an enclosure.

Pricing
  • TrueQuiet Pro White | UPV : € 26,95
  • TrueQuiet LED | UVP: € 18,95

Antec should stick with making Cases and Power Supplies. Their fans are some of the worst on the market.

I see zero difference

And why on Earth it's more expensive now, dafuq?

I was slightly confused at first, but then I realized, it's just as they say in the write-up, they've enhanced the great features of the TrueQuiet Pro 120 with a sleek white appearance, while the TrueQuiet 120 LED is based on the successful TrueQuiet enclosure fans with the addition of beautiful bright LED illumination.

Basically, they've made a white one and they've made one with pretty lights.

The 140mm TrueQuiet has awesome CFM/dB. Here's a real-world sound test. I imagine the silence crowd would be pretty happy with these.

Their Antec 300/900/1200 are still relevant and standardized. Some of their case revisions are getting worse reviews than their previous cases, where they used to get 5 eggs on newegg. This leads me to believe that fabrication of the hardware at the factory or QA is to blame.

These fans are very similar to the Noiseblocker eLoop - fused fan blades & noise-cancelling corners...

:toast: agreed... they haven't changed much if any in years but yet they have made a dive... they also have to live up to today's standards with those "classic" cases
