Its the one i have right now as well,great mouse but i liked my G5 2nd gen better untill the left button stopped working.

The USB inside the mouse lost its connection on both my G5 and G500. They both still work, but there is a loose connection somewhere and I'm not going to fix it unless I pull apart the mouse and start re-soldering cables, but half of that is my fault and they got a lot of use out of them. I'm more careful about the tension and angle I put on the cable near the mouse end and so far my latest G500 has been lasting.

The thing I like most about this mouse is that it fits very nicely into my hand. Very comfortable, at least for me and the size of my right hand. :)
