Help identifying a surface mount capacitor

New to the forum and I have a question I hope someone out there can help me out with.

If anyone could identify this capacitor from a nvidia quadro nvs 450 and where I can get it that would be great!

Are you sure that isn't 5VP, not SVP? That could signify a 5v cap.

Edit: I lied. I have a 8600 GTS here with similar caps. Definitely SVP. :|
