My current mobo(Gigabyte 945GZM-S2) is micro atx , I'm thinking of buying MSI-FM2-A55-E33 mobo which is also micro atx will it surely fit in my cabinet.

It's usually OEM (Like Dell, HP, etc...) proprietary cases that have some unusual shapes or motherboard screw positions that may make an "aftermarket" mobo unable to fit inside the case without modification, or not at all.
