When you say they don't work right you mean you can't even enable crossfire like me or just problems in general?

I could enable crossfire, but games would crash and overall the system wasn't stable. I didn't get any bsod. :toast:

I have this same issue with 6870 CF im still on 12.10 with 12.8 atiumd64.dll to stop the crashing in games.
Exactly the same where anytime the second card is enabled with the bridge connected it causes ATIMAG.SYS to bsod the system.
im beginning to think it has something to do with the 9xx chipsets on gigabyte boards.

Im going to try 13.3b2 now i doubt it will be fixed tho
13.3b2 same, results in atimag.sys bsod

As expected neither 12.11 b3 nor b4 worked.

Wow same issue and you also have Gigabyte uhh?You scared me now .Updating everything on the mobo doesn't seem to solve the problem. You also said about crashing in games.Do you mean the pc randomly shuts down after playing mostly dx11 games?Cause that's what happened to me with 12.10 regardless of crossfire enabled or disabled.Crysis 3 and AC3 for example would play for 2-3 mins then the whole system shuts down without warning.

I contacted Gigabyte too to see if there is anything they can do!

OK...Things got even weirder here. After one more of hundreds of attempts to install the 13.3 drivers the pc crashed again during installation but this time rebooted with crossfire enabled without the BSOD (somehow...).However the driver is not installed properly (well, quite obvious since it crashed during installation).GPU-Z reports Catalyst 13.3 for the sapphire 6950 and atiumdag 8.97.10.6 for the powercolour(????).Also the powercolour in the device manager reads as AMD Radeon HD 6900 series Microsoft Corporation - WDDM v1.20.

Normally both cards should report the same driver in GPU-Z (13.3) and the names on device manager should only be AMD Radeon HD 6900 series.I hit update driver software from device manager,it found and downloaded something and when it tried installing it it crashed again and rebooted again with Microsoft Corporation - WDDM v1.20 next to it.

So from all this I conclude that the powercolour is the one not liking the new drivers for crossfire (please remember it works like charm by itself only with any driver).

Also Gigabyte tried to duplicate the problem on my mobo after I contacted their support and said that theirs worked ok so it's probably not the mobo after all...

Can anyone tell me anything new out of this?
