I've got asus radeon 5450 1GB
GDDR3 (64-bit).
as per faqs, guides, its written that.it
has bandwidth of 12.8GBPS. but on
my win 7 (32 bit), it shows only
6.6GBps on overclocking. can this
issue be.fixed at home? is
is.recommended.to run 64 bit
graphics card on 64 bit OS?
my specs.are.e5700@3Ghz.
2GB DDR3 ram.

The bus rate has nothing to do with your OS (I am running a 7950 with 384bit GDDR5 on x64 OS) are you sure it's GDDR3 and not DDR3? can you post a GPUZ screenshot of the main GPUZ screen?

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
Yeah, apples and oranges there... OS bits have NOTHING to due with the memory bandwidth of GPUs.

Where are you reading this 6.6 GBs value anyway?

is it gpu-z ? where?

are you mixing your pix fill rate up with your bandwidth?

you bought a GDDR3 card and not the GDDR5 the GDDR5 has the 12Mb/s
card is terrible and slow either way
