I reviewed those recently. I suspect he ignored them for some reason.

I'll probably upgrade to that if/when I ever overclock. I was tempted to build it in when the rig was first built but there was no point at stock clocks.

EDIT: Have you got a link to your review mate? I'd be very interested in reading it.

 I meant you ignored Kingston sticks, but if you couldn't find them in stock, that says it all.

I know but my search consisted of crucial, Kingston, corsair and gskill. gskill for the price can't be beat though.

That's a big part of why I recommend them so much.

I need to give an update to the oc thread, you're still missing info for my build...I am still wondering how to lower the multi an increase my cpu clock speed, i need some1 with my board to see if i can mimichis/her settings to see if i am doing something wrong.

I have a suggestion.
Don't waste your money.
You will see no real world performance increase AT ALL...
Put that cash towards something else.

EDIT: The op is a bit misleading. You are not looking to upgrade really.
You are giving the old sticks to your wife and need new ones. :p
Really anything @ 2k mhz will be fine.
