Maybe I'm not reading this the same, but it says you have to order the digital deluxe edition for early beta, and then there's a premium membership for all the DLC, along with early access to DLC and various other perks.

For digital deluxe looks like it's just 3 battlepacks and access to the beta starting tomorrow. For myself, it's not worth the ten bucks since I already have access to the beta (from BF3) and I could care less about battlepacks.

You can get the "Full" BF4 experience for $109.99.. Just not early beta.. but really it's only 3 days early access... So, not a big deal for most. Plus, most BF3 players already have early beta access with BF3 Premium.

I am, however, glad there's going to be a free open beta in three days. To me that says DICE / EA has a lot of confidence that the beta will sell itself.

Naw buddy you're not a troll or an idiot. We are just helping you understand that you don't really need to buy the deluxe version to have everything. I agree it's a lot of money for a game, but I only purchased the standard version, and only plan to get the premium on a sale. I waited to buy the BF3 premium on a $15 sale. If it wasn't for that then I would be waiting 3 days to play it.. hehehe The first DLC China Rising is offered for both standard and deluxe so hopefully you won't need premium until after a few months.

By the way, if anyone is interested in joining me, my a.d.d requires that I ride up and down the elevator, in the tower that can be brought down, for the first few hours.

Well I waited like 6 months and there was never a good deal on BF3 Premium So i said to myself when i pre ordered BF4 At least its here and i might as well grab it now at $49.99 instead of paying another $69.99 later.

Played through a round and it was fun and the game ran real well. Seemed to push my GPU's pretty good.

Yeah w1z, chaotic gameplay as usual, run, kill, die, respawn, etc etc. (try Insurgency 2
I capt the tower and shot the helo down, it runs good enough and i will test beta drivers only if I encounter issues..

Wow You guys just wait until your in a IFV and over by B Metro on the map ,You start getting good at the IFV and then wham o some smart guy c4`s the ceiling of metro,thus taking the road out from under you was damn cool i must say.Yes it does run choppy for me ,Will try the cat betas but i have had no luck installing any driver that work other than 13.6 i think .

Same damn bug as BF3 had at first--you can take Q off spot but it still stays bound to that too. Seriously?

And easy to get bored at present; not a lot of real gameplay yet.

Thanks buddy! I'll do it. Wow.. I'm not much of a wine drinker, but the hotel I'm staying in has free booze from 6-8pm (free beer, white&red wine). Needles to say I had a few.. Now, I know why I don't drink wine..

Noticed a couple things:

1) Almost no recoil until you get suppressed. At which point it goes through the roof, but if you tap your burst your fire (3 max), it pretty much counters it.
2) If your looking down sight on the xm25 and get suppressed, the whole inferred picture gets stretched across my 3 screens instead of being just on the center one.

Everything feels zoomed in to me. Also feels a lot easier then BF3. Guns have almost no recoil, help is extremely easy to fly, takes a while to take a tank down. The tank damage mechanics already have me thinking it feels more like bf3 at launch then after the second patch.

I have not got to fly the apache, but the China attack helo feels very nimble like the apache does in BF3.

Best feature though is chat after round. I'm very, very happy.

edit: Set smooth gameplay to 10 and still getting shot after rounding corner.

edit 2: Dice needs to fix my mouse being in the top left corner of the left monitor when I go to choose something from the coma rose. Nothing like dragging my pointer alllllll the way from the top left corner of the left screen just to be able to set an objective.
