Nexus 7 tablet 32 gb wifi + 3G? only one model or newer available?

I found Nexus 7 wifi + 3G 32 gb in 15,999/- on flipkart, 20,700/- on amazon india & 349USD on google play US.

Can you tell me whether all models are same? it's quite surprizing prize is lower in india, specially on flipkart, if model are same..????

if same model, i will buy from flipkart.

Indian sites are selling the 2012 version, Google Play is selling the newest and much better 2013 version. I upgraded from the 2012 to the 2013 version and the difference is almost night and day.

r u sure it is different?
bcz OS is 4.2 on flipkart.com too & it is nexus 5c (wifi + 3g), if it is old, what is new in newer one?

Yes, i got it. it was 2012 version.
Will definitely buy 2013. Do u suggest other alternative better than nexus 7 in similar price range? samsung galaxy tab 3 - but specs wise nexus 7 wins according to me?

And is it international version (unlocked), so i can use in india???? bcz on play store they are showing 2 options - at&t & verizon
