I do thanks to all, this thread has seriously guided me in buying my next build with Intel xeon E3 1230. this chip is surprisingly looks very less at power consumptions.

You talk about 3770k's, FX8350's, Xeon E3 1230 then Pentium 4? I though the objective of this thread was to help find you the best CPU that can match a 3770k or around the same performance as a 3770k if not a 3770k itself.
Where does the P4 come into all this? You've not just skipped generations but you've also skipped sockets.
If youre going to post then at least post something thats cohesive so people know what the objective of the thread is, something that makes sense so people can advise and best help you reach that goal instead of either not bothering to read your post or taking forever trying to formulate an understanding of what it is you want because you keep jumping from one thing to another.
I know English isnt your first language and I understand that but at least make an effort to structure your threads a little better otherwise its just a bunch of gobbledegook that does not compute and people wont bother reading.
