lol, on Paracel Storm and Shanghai it's the best example of a useless gimmick (in case of Shanghai it's even totally stupid, because the skyscraper is awesome)

Parcel Storms is great, not only because of the huge boat cutting the map up, or the waves making it harder for boats to own the map. But also because of the immersive factor, I love when that storm starts. The tower on the other hand is crap and a camping spot for snipers, that is all. If you think the towers great, you most likely play a lot of Recon.

I just checked MP7's stats and that gun is serious monster. Lower damage model than CZ-3A1, but significantly lower recoil more ammo capacity. I might actually give PDWs a shot.

Yep it's crazy good, and I murder people at range with it pretty well too, the other PDW's shake too much to be accurate at range, but the MP7 is great, and I even run a suppressor.

I am not the right guy to ask. I am essentially deaf, and can't tell 64kbit mp3 from a CD (yeah it made perfect sense to buy €150+ card)

Wow, I did not realize how accurate the L85 could be.

After looking at the muzzle brake+angled grip combo on a few guns and then trying it out, I think this might be the new heavy barrel+forgrip except for all guns. Just got done playing several rounds of Domination using that combo on the CZ-3A1. That thing is a monster, especially if you put a laser on it. It's no longer hard to control with the muzzle brake and angled grip.

edit: By the way, what does everyone think is going to be the next "gimmick" of BF5/BC3, since we're talking about levolution.

I wouldn't use muzzle brake on anything but DMRs. Normal vertical recoil is somewhat easy to compensate for. Compensator on the other hand is rally useful. Horizontal recoil directly affects your accuracy, and things like the CZ are horrible in this regard. I would use angled grip on anything with over 2,3 or so FSM. Makes bursting much more accurate.

-Fixed a player feedback timing issue where blood was appearing before other damage indicators, and before damage was actually done
-Fixed a bug where players’ rank icons on the scoreboard would not be updated
-Fix for Asian users unable to start Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4 on Windows 8.1
-Normalized repair rates across all vehicles.
-Fixed problem with killer health in kill card not being correctly updated (showing 100% health even though the soldier was hurt)
-Fix for friendly marker not always showing when needed to, resulting in players shooting team members
-Fixed a bug where a Main Battle Tank Coaxial HMG ammo box was occasionally blocking the driver’s camera
-Increased damage by 25% for the Stealth Jet 20mm cannons.
-Stealth Jets now have more similar handling attributes to each other. F35 & J-20 are slightly more agile, Su-50 is less agile.
-Attack Jets now have more similar handling attributes to each other, and all 3 are now slightly less agile than earlier

Can't see if you can start a platoon in bf4 battlelog, must be another dice improvement. Old TPU platoons are inactive and a real mess.
I play with 3 other polish buddies but its no probs with English if you want to drop in on our TS unless you want some laughs with polish vs knedle add calebos

There are no platoons in BF4. They plan to add it back early this year. Yeah, sort of a feature

Yay I was hoping it might be further patched and stabilized before I could play it again. Build slowly coming together as fittings and things arrive. Adding this GPU to my loop has caused to me to have to make a lot of changes but I was due for an upgrade anyway.

You called the memory leak within the first few days!

Finally they are fixing the friendly marker. I don't know how much times ive unloaded on Reayth when we would play thinking he was an enemy about to shank me with his rusty prison shank.

Check the scatter plots on Symthic on any gun, they all show muzzle brake and angle grip is superior to every other setup.

Muzzle climb may be easier to control then the side to side recoil, but when you're shooting at someone, they're usually moving side to side and thus negate any disadvantage the compensator has. The only thing that becomes important in a firefight like this is being able to control the climb of the gun. With the brake, this is done much easier.

Just try it for a week and I think you'll agree with me. I too could not believe this as I thought the same as you, but after giving it a try, I find my accuracy is much better and I win a lot more gun fights. Mostly because I can concentrate on the side to side movement of the player and not have to think too much about controlling the vertical climb of any gun.

I just played a round on my windows 8.1 drive. wow it was so smooth no mem leak/crash was a treat.

Also, today a ton of hackers got banned it was like Christmas.
