hi, you can get cheaper motherboard. No need for this if you don't overclock CPU.
your chosen MB supports Crossfire and you getting Nvidia card ( needs SLI ) so you can not add second if you decide later. you could add second 280 or 280x AMD card.
so check 280-280x card prices.
As well if you don't OC your processor Mantle can be handy in near future. (bonus for AMD)
I suggest to get unlocked processor for 20-30Eur more. 4670k-4690k. Should not break the bank. For a cooler: Cooler Master EVO 212.

edit: Nice case for the price.
I'm not a fan of expensive PC cases.

Hey thx for the info my bad i wanted the i5-4690K , and yeah i want to OC next month i will get the corsair h100i but for now i will go with EVO 212
I think i can get the 280 maybe 280x if im lucky :D
Not a big fan of SLI or Crossfire one gpu is good enough

PS: Thx for reminding mantle i already forgot about it. But mantle was supposed to help low-end gpus not so much high end but we will see.

mantle can help cpu too. everything looks good for your build. if you planning new cooler next month, no need for aftermarket cooler. you will be fine with stock for that time.

that's nice :) I think it should be enough, just try to play with your overclock and see the temperatures :) hey just one more thing, if you can get SSD, 120Gb for OS and few games will be nice. They got cheaper about 60 Eur here so similar in Estonia.

Pretty good thx but in my experience Seagate HDD are more reliable than WD

Oh, no problem then. Most people prefer WD, which is why I put one in the build. Personally, I don't have an issue with Seagate. My extremely old Seagate external hard drive is still working (I was running an AMD XP 1600 CPU when I got it if that tells you anything about it's age), and I have an over 6 year old Seagate 7200.12 hard drive that is still working reliably.

I see no problems at all with your build! HDD brand is really a preference thing. All HDD's fail, just like cars. It varies how long till it happens regardless of manufacturer.

My preference would be to go 770 on the GPU, but that GTX 760 is also very good!

LOL, whatever dude. I'll take a WD Black over a Seagate any day, on speed AND reliability.

My advice to you is if you're going to make a thread asking build advice, only list the parts you actually WANT advice on.

Sorry @Countryside but i have to agree with @Frag Maniac on the HDD. I've had pretty rough luck with Seagate drives lately, though not as bad as Hitachi. In the end its up to you which drive you want to choose. A WD Blue series would be a little cheaper and probably perform about the same as a Seagate drive. granted i haven't had a seagate completely die yet and I do have a 2.5in seagate running my Origin stuff. However, I'd stay away from Hitachi drives. Either way... all HDD seem to be less reliable than a few years ago.

as for the rest of your build it looks pretty solid, though waiting a bit for new refresh GPUs would be smart. You could go ahead and build the rest of the system however. for more snappy performance i'd go for a smaller SSD for the OS. somewhere between 80-120gb would be fine. It doesn't have to be real high end, since any SSD in theory is faster than a HDD.

No problem xBruce88x thx for you insight I had the opposite problem with WD Black hdds i had 5 of them and 4 broke in 6 months and my 4 WD blue hdds 2 of them died in 1 year. Also the WD blacks that worked made terrible lawnmower sound :D
I just dont have any luck with WD drives. In near future i'm getting SSD Samsung EVO or Corsair Force GS i tried them both and they worked really good.

hi, you can get cheaper motherboard. No need for this if you don't overclock CPU.

Funny thing is, I'm going to recommend the exact opposite. I'd go with the Z97 Extreme6 over the Killer. I've had the Z97 Extreme6, Z97 Killer, and Z97X Killer. I preferred the extra CPU phases on the Extreme6 and the extra M2 slot. At the very least I'd go with the Extreme4 because it has the extra CPU phases like the Extreme6 but is cheaper. Plus I prefer the Intel NIC over the gimmicky Killer E2200. Oh, and both the Killer boards had a pretty nasty bug in the UEFI interface that meant my mouse wouldn't work.

Thanks for the info i will check out the Extreme4 or maybe i will go with GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 /
MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Didn't they fix UEFI bug with bios update?
