Hello,

I was considering getting another 670 for my PC before maxwells come out.
The problem is I don't know which PSU I should get that would allow 2 670 ( Length 247mm ).

I was looking at EVGA SuperNOVA G2 but its 180mm length. I found article which told this

''It's also worth considering that we're using a 160mm long PSU, as to use anything longer would drastically reduce the max GPU length from a very ample 320mm down to a paltry 230mm. As it is the ancillary power cables in the modular PSU would impinge on a GPU dropping the length down to 290mm or even 250mm should the lower rail be needed.''

So I need recommendations which full modular PSU Would fit to phenom M with two gtx 670.
My budget would be around 100-150€ and I want PSU with long warranty 5+ years.

This might have gone to wrong section.

Cheers already.

Try looking at the seasonic x series in the 750w-760w. They are 160mm long, 5-year warranty, fully modular and should be powerful enough for your build.

I already bought the EVGA Supernova G2 750W. It was best Bang for buck, only 95€ from Evga EU store. If I had larger GPU it would not have fitted. So max card length is 241mm.

What are all your system specs, including what PSU you have now and any overclocking you've done?

I have 2500K @ 4.2GHz, 2 HDD and one SSD, PNY GTX 670, Evga G2 750W, 8gb G.Skill 1600MHz.
A bit overkill for now ( I had 450W Super Flower Golden Green ) but im going to get another GPU and maybe 880 or something like that later.

I bought another 670 before G2 arrived but somehow the mail lost the package and now I need to find another.

this late in the production cycle you'll be hard pressed to find another gtx 670, personally I'd get a stronger card. but good luck on finding another 670.

I keep reading the title as Pentium M + 670 SLi.....

I keep freaking out because part of me wants to come here and tell you its madness to pair a Pentium M with 670s

Don't spend money on that card. Sure, it'll perform well when it scales well in a game like Just Cause 2 (which is what I remember from my 680's performing well), but when you put it through it's paces in something like 3DMark against a more modern card like a 290 or 780, you'll see it performing like shit. This is coming from an owner of three-way 680's. Wait for 800 series.
