Phone Gamepad Bluetooth Issues

So bought this Gamepad for my phone (android) but no matter what, i cannot pair it correctly to my phone. Read instructions (which are directly translated from chinese) and it still doesn't work properly. Please help.

Nothing else to pair it too, my laptop doesn't have any bluetooth capabilities.

Yes i have, as soon as i get past the "connection step" it won't stay paired.

if it pairs then disconnects then either the device is going back to sleep because it doesn't detect anything to do or the device is not working correctly.

I just don't know what to do. It just won't pair, it'll connect just fine with bluetooth. But when i try to actually use it, nothing happens.

I'm confused. how is it connecting with Bluetooth but not pairing.

so its pairing and not doing anything. its also showing up as a keyboard device. so the games may not be recognizing it as a gamepad.

It says "enter key to connect" but then nothing happens.
