My PC hardware list is:
Intel i5 750(OC to 160*21)
MSI p55-gd-65 (without usb3 sata3)
Sapphire rx480 8gb 3fans version (updated from 5850 in Dec 2016)
2X 4GB Corsair ddr3 1600 ram
Corsair vx550 power.
OCZ SSD 128gb + 480gb.

Amd zen have not came out yet. It should come out around the corner now. $400usd is rather tight budget as you need a new cpu, motherboard and rams for which prices are not good now at all. Assuming $120 for a 16gb ddr4 ram. That leave $280 for cpu and board. You can go cheaper ram but nowadays it is better to have 16gb as standard now.

Do you overclock your i5 750? It is possible to overclock that cpu with FSB change as that gen intel have not lock down cpu overclocking. It would buy you more months to tide out looking at options. Otherwise with $280 you option is an current gen i3 6100 or i3 7100 with a cheap motherboard of your choice. You can also got with an i5 7400 with a low cost motherboard.

Those are the intel if you can't wait for zen yet.

Hello to you too! I would wait for AMD Ryzen to leunch its CPU series in 20 days and for the MB manufacturers to see their quality or not. I guess that for $400 you will be able to have a significant upgrade in performance with the pricing rumors we see lately.

I think $400 for 8GB RAM, a decent MB and the best Rysen for the remaining money will be a good upgrade if price rumors are correct. Let's see in 2-3 weeks from now guys. RAM can be upgraded to 16GB later after all.

Hi. I would sell OCZ 128 GB SSD and buy Toshiba P300 1TB HDD for storage.

For under 400$ you can buy this:
- Intel Core i5 6500, box
- MSI B150 M3 motherboard
- Toshiba P300 1TB HDD
- 8GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4 2400 RAM

You don't need two SSD's, especially the one with only 128 GB capacity, so I recommend selling it. For the received money you could buy slightly better PSU such as Rosewill ARC M650 or EVGA 600B.

In your case you would be good to upgrade now for significant performance boost but you might benefit more if you wait for AMD Ryzen and the new release isn't a flop where future proofing and good upgrade is concerned.
I would advise making plans for now with replacing almost your whole build apart for the graphics card which is recent.

Chipset is clearly outdated, DDR3 is almost out (and is only good if you got a good kit before they started phasing out the RAM and only having value kits available), there are much better high capacity and performance SSDs per price, and there are much better energy efficiency rated Power Supplies at a cheap price (a lot of good brands to choose from besides Corsair such as Super Flower, Seasonic, EVGA, etc).
Depending on aesthetics or preferences you may want to upgrade your PC case and other parts.
Strongly recommend doing research for a new build whether you want to settle with a cheap bundle or select the parts you want in particular.

I play some game, But most of them are played fine now with my new GPU.

I know 2 SSD is no useful. I added the 480GB ssd in 2016 Q4 for update. SO - -
i5 6500 is a good cpu. But I wanna see what will happen when Zen is come out.

Hi. This PC I used for almost 7 years. I think it's good enough for it.
And this time I wanna my new PC can work more than 5 years. So I would buy CPU+MB who as good as i5 750 in 2010.
CPU and MB are hard to update. But SSD GPU and memory can.
That's my plan. Is it right?

You could just try pushing the button. The OC Genie button.
Just realize that OC'ing generates a lot more heat. Normally, the stock coolers can't handle OC'ing.

I tried. It give me 158*17 . But I have set it to 160*21 about 1 or 2 years ago. It always runs stable. So I closed OC Genius and back to 160*21. I think it should be good choice for this old CPU.
