Now that AMD Radeon drivers have this - not necessarily needing to restart after driver update, and after Nvidia has had it for over 1 year now, a Reload (refresh) button is needed & in order for GPU-Z.
I suggest for it to be added next to the other top right buttons.

Please see my mock up, attached. Pressing F5 on the keyboard should also do the same thing - refresh/reload the window.

Note: Mockup button is gray, should be black to match the other GPU-Z buttons. Button image taken from MS IE browser.

I'm still restarting my PC after a display driver update, just to prevent any sudden problems, I just think that's the best way.

It is not. At least for Nvidia I do not think - this has been there for at least 1 year, maybe 2 (did not keep exact count?), and Nvidia would not have done this, if they thought someone would have any issues.
Occasionally but very rarely, the GeForce drivers update might have prompted me to restart, maybe it happens only with more major drivers changes/releases.

I am using an AMD Radeon PC and NVidia Geforce PC side by side, with AMD PC being main one, and use Remote Desktop to use 2nd PC, and have not had any issues whatsoever with not restarting the 2nd/GeForce PC after video driver updates.

I must admit I do not game on PC much lately, if at all.
(I prefer touchscreen/mobile games mostly now.)

Adding F5 for complete refresh is a good suggestion

Thanks! :) Sounds fine (Ctrl+R as a 2nd way to do the same would be nice too).
IF you do not want to overburden the main window GUI with the extra Refresh button I suggest, Refresh could be added to the system menu in top left instead, and/or into Settings.
(such as add a button labeled "Refresh main tab" or similar text of your choosing to Settings)

That should do?

F5 is already used by screenshot functionality, just like in CPU-Z, so I'd rather keep that as is

Thanks, yes! Okay, Ctrl+R for refresh too? (I mean icon you showed + Ctrl+R for a way without mouse) :)

EDIT: Wanted to ask, please - which items in main tab get refreshed automatically currently, and which not?
How often do they refresh - with same frequency as the Sensors tab, or some other one - what one? :)

Okay, this makes no sense! See new version, downloaded it.
Why does F5 and Ctrl+R BOTH take screenshots? Both of these were always a Refresh/reload page/screen functions in most of whatever other software exists.

Can you please make F5 take screenshots as usual, but for Ctrl+R to make a Refresh instead?
I think it makes sense, as Ctrl+R for screenshot does not make any, at least to me. Thanks!
