HD 6850 <No Display> <ATI flash detects>

Hi ,
My Sapphire HD 6850 suddenly stop working with no display on either port , even HDMI.
ATI flash under win98 detects as BART.
System is not booting while connected.
Selecting Onboard graphics and in safe mode only it was detected.

Since ATIFlash is detecting the adapter, Is there is a hardware fault?
Does re-flow will be a path of rescue ?

The card have no physical damamge..

Any help will be appreciated.

Same problem to my HD7970 .
