Introducing the new mid-range chassis from SilentiumPC, the Armis AR7. Available with traditional all-black, solid panel or tempered-glass window, packed with RGB lights. This roomy full-tower cleverly blends minimalistic styling with performance features. With cooling being a major focus the front vents were specifically designed to provide high-volume, non-restrictive airflow, comparable to fully mesh designs. For simple maintenance, they are covered with easily removable custom dust filters.

A unique feature is the user-friendly I/O panel which can be repositioned from the top to the bottom for convenient access to USB/audio ports and fan/illumination switches. Apart from two LED strips and ring-type fan, the Armis AR7 TG RGB also offers the option to mount the GPU vertically for showing off that precious card you managed to sneak through the miners. On the other side of the spectrum there is the classic AR7 version with a special "blackout" button which turns HDD and power LEDs off, especially useful for night rendering/simulation sessions.

Both variants will be available mid-April at modest price points of 69 / 89€ incl. VAT respectively. ODD-less version will follow in Q3.

Benchmark Scores 3050 scores good 15-20% lower than average, despite ASUS's claims that it has uber cooling.
Looks more like basic chasis with some RGB coloring, nothing to warrant "silentum" name.

Nice, I like it.
It appears stylish with being ostentatious.
I would prefer the LED strip was hidden though, and not glaring in your face.

The LED strip needs to have a frosted cover to diffuse the light. Otherwise not bad!

I guess back to why no ''lockable '' latched and hinged swing out / removable side panel ? that ''precious card you managed to sneak through the miners'' may end up being liberated from you with there costs today

but then hay, you do get that LED lighting and that's all that matters in the end and all you need to look at .

At about 100$ it looks great. I got the Regnum Regnum RG4F for about 50$, very impressive bundle with magnetic fan filter, 3 fans, front and PSU filter, the Armis looks even better in terms of what you get for the money.

Get a Rotweiller to guard your "precious" GPU.

HP oem makes wheely bad cases: 4 drive places but no screws or anything for hard drives to tighten them they just hang somewhere inside.
