I never tried this one, but i am experimenting with a dell 7570, which has 3x shader core count, and its pretty weak, so far tried with fhd benches, some 720p (its better), so i dont expect too much for your setup. Try with some game around 2010-2012, or probably some browser based.

Anyway what is your screen resolution, memory amount-both system and vga. Did you checked this one?

Give it a try I guess. I don't think that the 7450M would add a whole lot to the performance of the IGPU but it'll help a bit. Maybe play Skyrim or BF3 @ 720P

That seems a correct machine, which one is the primary graphic, the 6620G?
Try what Dr4g00n said above, and you can choose a couple indie games too i guess.
(I have a notebook with geforce gt330m, not that powerful, but can play skyrim, dirt showdown, lego games, eurotruck sim 2, sanctum2, age of empires 2, reus, big pharma, cloudbuilt, crossout, life is strange, mxgp, mark of the ninja, spintires, trackmania canyon, train valley, turmoil, worms armageddon, perfect world international, forsaken world, world of warships - but its not very fun - so i hope i could give you some clue :) )

Primary is the HD 6620G

I want to play games like

Team Foutress 2
Fortnite
Battlefield 4
Call of Duty WWII
Call of Duty Black OPs IIII

I only bought it because I’m out of state right now has no Tv and I’m bored out of my mind so I got it to light game in my down time.

Well the CPU is pretty damn slow. Four old AMD cores up to 2.5GHz isn't great for gaming. I'm using Phenom II X4 955 BE @ 3.8GHz as a temporirary platform with GTX 980, and oh boy what a bottleneck this is. At least overclocked uncore gives a nice boost.

It was only for low end Gaming at 1280x720

But I got another laptop now with better specs that should get the job done
