Ryzen+ build questions

Hi

Building a 2600x system soon with flare X ram and MSI B450 gaming pro AC. What do I need to set in the bios to enable XMP (I've heard it's called something else on amd) also what do I need to do in BIOS to enable auto overclocking on the CPU?

It's called D.O.C.P. on amd, use that to set the ram freq/timings.. I'm not 100% certain on the auto overclocking on Ryzen 2xxx, I think the CPU will boost by default. You can increase the power limits to allow it to boost further and for longer, but I don't know where those settings would be on your MSI board.

im sure MSI bios has a huge nucler missle sized button somewhere in the top right/top left that says "XMP" or "DOCP" that if you click it will glow red.

All of their bioses look like someone custom skinned a Starcraft UX in game menu. If it looks like you're about to launch a missile, you're probably looking a the right button.
